IMatter

Colorado House Bill 21-1258 established I Matter in 2021 to provide access to mental health and substance use disorder services for youth, and to address needs that may have resulted from the COVID-19 pandemic. I Matter is open to youth 18 years of age or younger, or 21 years of age or younger if receiving special education services.

Colorado Community Health Alliance

Colorado Community Health Alliance (CCHA) was founded in 2010 specifically to meet the needs of Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid Program) members. CCHA combines the extensive resources of Elevance Health, Centura Health, Physician Health Partners and Primary Physician Partners. Our partnership brings an influential blend of primary care providers, specialists, hospitals, behavioral health services and medical/behavioral health management services to drive innovation within the Medicaid delivery system.

Dos Madres Inc. RESTORE Program

The RESTORE program helps teens build resilience by integrating body awareness and movement, relationship and community-building, earth-connected experiences, expressive arts, popular culture and mythology, and reflection. Groups forming on demand.

Family ROCS

Family R.O.C.S is a nonprofit organization committed to the mental, emotional, and spiritual well being of individuals and their families. Our founder and President, Afrah Caraballo, MSW, LCSW, is a retired Air Force veteran who has become a licensed clinical social worker. With a strong desire to help service members and the community overcome trauma, Afrah established Family ROCS.

HEARTBEAT

HEARTBEAT is a non-profit organization created by LaRita Archibald following the loss of her son to suicide in 1980.  We are a peer support group offering empathy, encouragement, and direction following the suicide of a loved one.
